- The R. J. Lalonde Arena – The R.J. Lalonde Arena is a 1,800-seat multi-purpose arena that is part of the Bonnyville & District Centennial Centre. The Bonnyville Pontiacs ice hockey team of the Alberta Junior Ice Hockey League calls it home, and it is a popular spot for visitors and locals alike to enjoy their favorite sport.
- Apergy Community Rink – This new, outdoor skating arena is available for use free of charge for skaters to skate at their own risk. The rink and heated skate shack, are open from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 a.m. each day.

The museum consists of 13 different buildings spread over 3 acres of grounds featuring historic artifacts, folk art, and inspiring stories. There is a replica of a quaint Durlingville School House, two historic churches, a replica of a period trading post, the Bonnyville water tower, and much more. Lyle Victor Albert Performing Art Centre
This spacious theatre is home to a full performance space and art gallery, where local community theatre and other events can take place. The Lyle Victor Albert Centre is named after a playwright who lived on a farm outside of Bonnyville and helped build the facility. The space hosts theatrical and musical performances, community events, and is the temporary home of the Bonnyville and District Fine Arts Society.
Jessie Lake Trail & Bird Watching
Jessie Lake, on the southern border of Bonnyville, is an important spot for a variety of migratory birds. Jessie Lake Trail is famous for its great bird watching, with over 75% of Alberta’s 360 species of birds represented. Jessie Lake is an especially important staging area for waterfowl and shorebirds. Commonly seen species include Franklin’s gulls, eared and horned grebes, marbled godwits, yellow-headed blackbirds, American avocets, and willets.
