As the client, you are able to choose from a list of pre-approved not-for-profits and make a difference in the things in the community that mean the most to you! CENTURY 21 Poirier strongly believes in education, the youth of today, and leadership within the community. This is the reason they have created a $1,000 scholarship in St. Paul and a $500 scholarship in Bonnyville that is awarded annually to a high school student who has shown outstanding community leadership.

Darryl is the owner of CENTURY 21 Poirier, which was originally founded by his father. With over 43 years of experience in real estate, he brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the industry. Over the years he has won numerous awards including the Queen Elizabeth Medal and ranked #22 for real estate in Canada. He believes in giving more to your community than you take and applies it to his company. 

Darren Poirier

Darren is both an associate and owner at CENTURY 21. After he graduated from University, he joined his father in the family business and brought with him a sense of integrity. He strives to make sure both seller and buyer reach an agreement that is fair to both parties. He will go above and beyond to help his clients reach their goals. 

Tyler Poirier

Tyler is a managing broker, who like his brother Darren has bought into the family business. He joined the company after completing his degree and has been working hard for his clients ever since. He believes in putting his clients first and enjoys nothing more than helping clients purchase the home of their dreams. 

Kim Werenka

Kim stumbled upon his passion as a real estate associate when being approached by a friend with an opportunity he couldn’t turn down. He is just as invested in his community as he is in his career by coaching and refereeing youth sports. 

Anna Scheffelmiar

Anna joined the team in 2018 and is licensed in both residential and rural real estate. She has lived all of her life in the St. Paul area and understands the needs of the community. In addition to her stellar resume, she also volunteers for Minor Ball and Minor Hockey.

Jacqueline Rowley

Jacqueline works as a licensed assistant at CENTURY 21 Poirier. She provides an exceptional level of service to all clients that come through the door. Growing up in the St. Paul area, she has a deep understanding of the community.
